Return Policy

General Merchandise (see exclusions below)

Defective merchandise will be replaced within 20 days at no cost to the customer. Please contact customer service at (877) 417-8151 to schedule your replacement.

30 day return policy

1. Return authorization number required - Call Sound Ergonomics, LLC to request
2. New condition
3. Original packaging
4. Less shipping charges
5. Return freight must be prepaid
6. Restocking fee of 20% of base price (chairs; 25%)
7. Returns accepted and refunds issued at the discretion of Sound Ergonomics, LLC
   1. Sound Ergonomics, LLC has the option of accepting slightly used products for a reduced rate of refund

A return authorization number must accompany returns. Contact Sound Ergonomics prior to shipping return merchandise.

Exclusions:

Breast slings - only unopened packages can be returned.
AiM Vascular mapping device - only unopened packages can be returned.
Educational videos - non-compatible version or defective product may be exchanged
