Warranty InformationExam TablesThe exam tables offered by Sound Ergonomics, L.L.C. are manufactured in the U.S.A The patent-pending features are unique to these exam tables. Sound Ergonomics, L.L.C. offers worldwide distribution of these tables. While there are a number of ultrasound exam tables on the market, those offered by Sound Ergonomics, L.L.C. have unique features that are not available from other vendors. The manufacturer as outlined below warrants these tables. If you are unsatisfied with your table for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of delivery. The exam table must be in new condition and in the original shipping crate for return. Cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. All returns require a return authorization number. Contact Sound Ergonomics prior to shipping any item intended to be returned. Limited One Year WarrantyThe manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that its products and component parts will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will provide, free of charge, parts and service labor in your facility to repair or replace any part of the exam table that fails because of a defect. Please note: Vinyl upholstery is not included in the warranty. EXCLUSIONS:This warranty does not apply in the event of misuse, abuse or as a result of unauthorized alterations or repairs. REPAIR:The manufacturer will make the decision to visit the site to repair the product or work by phone with customer's bio-medical engineering team to repair products in the One Year Warranty. Read your Owner's manual carefully. Please contact Sound Ergonomics by phone with any questions. Service AFTER one year:The product may be serviced for a fee when the One Year Warranty has expired. The product will be serviced in the most efficient way possible for both the manufacturer and the owner. Sound Ergonomics will work, as stated above under REPAIR, on the product for a fee. If this is a large repair, the client must pay to ship the product to the service shop or for the service technician's travel cost to the client's facility. HÅG by Izzy Ergonomic SeatingHÅG by Izzy seating products are warranted to the original user to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship, given normal use and care, for ten years of single shift service, with the exceptions noted below. Sound Ergonomics, at its option, will repair or replace any product or part thereof which fails as a result of such a defect during the following warranty periods. (Prorated for multi-shift use.)
This warranty is the customer's exclusive remedy for product defect and does not apply to damage caused by carrier, abuse, negligence, misuse, user modification, normal wear, or customer's material or leather. HÅG by Izzy chairs are tested and pass ANSI/BIFMA. Weight capacity of HÅG by Izzy seating is 250 pounds. The company does not warrant the matching of color, grain or texture. In addition, this warranty does not cover products purchased for personal, family or household purposes. This warranty is extended only to the original end-user of new products for normal use. Normal use is defined as wear and tear that occurs during a normal (40 hour) workweek. Products subject to use that exceeds normal use are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. There are no other warranties except as noted above, either expressed or implied including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for and particular purpose. Under no circumstance shall the company be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any product defect. Sound Ergonomics will not accept unauthorized charges for expenses (such as labor and freight) incurred by the customer for the repair of goods or for the damage to goods caused by others. Authorized company personnel must approve any such charges in advance and in writing. Sound Ergonomics reserves the right to have necessary repairs made at the Izzy manufacturing plant. No returns of merchandise will be accepted without written consent and shipping instructions provided by Sound Ergonomics. Unauthorized returns and returns not accompanied by proper paperwork will be returned freight collect. Special order items and merchandise sold at special discounts for any reason are not subject to return. Authorized returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All merchandise returned will be inspected before credit is issued. Any merchandise our quality department finds to be defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced with the charges applied to the customers' credit. |
