  Breast Sling* for Echocardiography

Breast Sling* for Echocardiography
Cardiac sonographers are particularly at risk for work related musculoskeletal disorders of the hands and wrists. This disposable device is designed for use during echocardiography exams to support the left breast of patients with large, pendulous breasts. Suspending the breast allows better access to the acoustic window, improving image quality and alleviating the weight of the breast from the sonographer’s hand and wrist. Use of the Breast Sling can help reduce the stress on the sonographer’s scanning hand, reducing the exposure to the risk factors associated with this task. Disposable, single use only. Available in packages of 25.
