Abdominal Retraction System 
The abdominal retraction system by KanguruWeb® provides better access to scanning windows in obese patients. It’s fast and easy to use and can be used on any exam table patient bed. By retracting the patient’s panus, the sonographer will have better access to the inguinal canal for vascular exams and to the lower abdomen for female pelvis exams. The sonographer experiences less weight on his or her wrist and hand and can apply less transducer pressure when scanning.
